Program
Description
Every skilled nursing facility has
access to a wealth of publicly available data—but knowing how to use that
information effectively can turn data into a powerful quality improvement tool.
This 45-minute webinar will explore
how state and national healthcare data can be transformed into meaningful
insights that support better decision-making, engage teams, and strengthen a
culture of transparency and accountability. Participants will learn how to
identify trends over time, recognize opportunities for improvement, celebrate
successes, and better understand their organization’s performance.
Inspired by the idea that
transparency drives improvement, this session will demonstrate how publicly
available data can become more than just numbers—it can become actionable
knowledge that supports improved resident outcomes and organizational success.
